Piloting is an efficient tool to explore phenomena affecting process operation and ensure efficient operation of water treatment systems in smaller scale before entering full operational scale. We at TeVe Water conduct tailored experiments according to your specific needs. The fact that we are independent of equipment and chemical suppliers helps us to serve you optimally.   

Experiments combine various techniques and methods in order to achieve optimal design for your process and answer to your specific question. We may explore circulation of process waters, not only by piloting different methods, but also including both technical and commercial aspects, as well as assessment of possibilities to convert side streams into new products. Furthermore, a series of water treatment steps is often required to achieve desired water quality. With our piloting systems, you can assess these steps both separately and combined. Relevant chemical and microbiological analyses to characterize the water quality of different process compartments and streams are carried to find out necessary pretreatments and optimal piloting protocol.     

Piloting can be carried out both at your premises and at TeVe Water pilot hall and laboratory. The required amount of water varies from one liter to a few cubic meters.
