30.9.2021 — M.Sc. Nuutti Lehtikuja has been appointed as a CEO starting 1st of October, 2021.
Nuutti Lehtikuja has been working with Teollisuuden Vesi - Industrial Water ltd. since May 2018 and taken part in the customer projects and supporting company development.
"The change has been under progress for a longer time and it feels good to take the lead officially. Economically stable situation with wide range of capabilities of the colleagues the timing to take the next steps could not be better", confirms Nuutti Lehtikuja.
Maija has been in the lead of the company during all the first 18 years and made the company to grow one of the best-known water treatment expert companies in Finland.
"Company is already 18 years old. When Nuutti now starts as CEO and taking care of the big part of the duties helps me to concentrate on the big water treatment challenges and on the projects, that would not be possible as a CEO. There are hopefully many water treatment questions to be answered still. As a director for business development I am able to support Nuutti with strategical decisions", thinks Maija.
